How to create a BADR account
Registration is not available from the BADR login screen. Applications for Customs access are submitted through the PortNet subscription portal.
The 7-step process
- 01
Create your PortNet space
Open the subscription portal, choose “Create my space,” and provide the requested contact information.
- 02
Confirm your email address
Use the link sent by email to activate your private space and begin the application.
- 03
Choose the scope
Select “DOUANE” for BADR only, or “PORTNET & DOUANE” if you want access to both systems.
- 04
Identify the company
Enter the tax identifier, ICE, commercial register number and centre, and operator type. The portal will check whether the company already exists in BADR.
- 05
Complete and document the application
Provide details about the company, managers, representative and users, then attach the requested PDF documents.
- 06
Sign the application
Sign the generated contract using Barid eSign, or print, sign and stamp it with the company seal before uploading it.
- 07
Track approval
Check “My applications.” Confirmations, correction requests and account-creation notices are also sent by email.
